Our Management Team
Ren Xinzhi
Started his career in the oil trading industry since 1989 when he
joined China National Chemicals Import and Export Corp (Sinochem).
He worked as operations executive, trader, trading manager in
Sinochem Beijing and Sinochem Singapore, with experience in the
trading of most oil products like Naphtha, Mogas, Jet Fuel, Gasoil,
Fuel Oil, Base Oil, Bitumen, as well as in Crude Oil Processing
deals. Thereafter he worked in Zhongjing (S) Oil Co. Pte Ltd as oil
trader and general manager, followed by Sea-rich Oil (S) Pte Ltd as
senior oil trader and executive general manager. He holds the degree
of Bachelor of Economics from the Department of International Trade
of the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing.
Mr Zhang JinJiang
Zhang JinJiang, a graduate of the Dalian Maritime University , has
over 21 years of experience in the industry, including 9 years of
sailing on bulk carriers of various sizes with Cosco, Skarraup and
IMC respectively and is a qualified Master Mariner. He acquired
considerable experience in the dry bulk market when he worked in IMC
Shipping in Singapore between 1998 and 2005 and thereafter in
Chinica Shipbrokers of Shanghai from 2005 to 2006.
As a director of Bilgent Shipping Pte Ltd, he oversees the
commercial operations of the company.
Ms Peggy Liu Wei Peng
Peggy Liu WeiPeng is a director and co-founder of the Group 1st
company i.e. Billiongain Enterprise P/L. She has more than 15 years
of shipping experience. Prior to setting up Billion Gain in 1994,
she worked in the Beijing office of the Stinnes Group (headquartered
in Germany ) and with Sino Golden Shipping Pte Ltd in Singapore as a
shipping executive. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
international trade and English language. She also has a management
diploma from Tsinghua University .
At present, she is in charge of asphalt trading and shipping
business in the name of Billion Gain Enterprise P/L or Faustar Pte
Ltd. She is also a director for Seabridge Bunkering P/L and a
director for Bilgent Shipping P/L.
Mr Yan Xian Kai
Yan XianKai is a director and co-founder for the Group 1st company
i.e. Billion Gain Enterprise P/L. He has around 20 years of shipping
experience, specializing in shipbroking, chartering and operations,
dealing with dry/bulk cargo and wet cargo as well. Prior to setting
up Billion Gain in 1994, he worked for Sinochem for six years first
as a chartering executive and then as a shipping manager.
Concurrently at that time he worked in Singapore for Orient Stella
Shipping Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Sinochem and NOL
specializing in tanker operations and fixing. He holds a Bachelor of
Economics degree in ocean shipping business and a Master of Law
degree in maritime law. He also has an executive management diploma
from Tsinghua University. He is a GMP4 graduate from HBS - Harvard
Business School, USA.
He is focusing on general management and overall development for the
group. He is particularly in charge of the ship bunkering business
carried out by Seabridge Bunkering Pte Ltd. He is also the managing
director for Bilgent Shipping P/L and Bilsea International P/L.
